What if my family creation is rejected?: To avoid getting rejected make sure that you and your members are not joining other existing families, also make sure that you've entered your family information correctly.
—If your family creation gets rejected, you can apply again with corrected information without paying fees again.
How can my friends join my family?: Your friends can request to join your family by clicking on your family name that appears in your profile or the profile of previously joined members.
—You can approve or reject requests to join the family through your family page.
How can I set co-founder?: You can set co-founder for your family from the members list, choose the user, and click on set as co-founder.
—Note co-founder position is limited, you can increase the seats by increasing your family points.
What is the difference between family type?: Choose family type carefully, it cannot be changed once your family created.
—Regional Family: Only users in your country can join your family.
—International Family: users from any country or region can join your family.
What if I do not pay the family creation fee?: It will be rejected automatically, Your family will not be created.
—NOTE: Multiple applying without paying the fees will result in being banned and no longer eligible for family creation.
Are there monthly or annual fees?: No, there are no monthly or annual fees.
—The fee is paid only once when requesting to create a family.
