You pay us for the services that we provided to you on your request, which means we do not offer our services without you contacting us in the first place whether you found it for free or not.
Online Services mean there are no items, parcels, or products that will be shipped or delivered to you in physical or digital form.
If you paid to buy an account on Bigo Live you agree that we will not deliver the account, give you access, or use it until we receive official confirmation from our bank stating that your payment has arrived successfully.
If you make your payment outside the official working hours/days of banks or digital payment channels and provide a receipt we will hold the account for you until working days. If we found that you did not pay and you provided a fake receipt, you will be considered a scammer and you will be banned permanently.
We accept payment in advance, we won't handle, submit, or process any requests before you pay for the service/account.
In return, we abide to complete your request as described.
All fees that you pay are in return for obtaining the service/services that we provide to you based on your request, and the final result is due to Bigo Live Company's decision on whether the request is successful, failure, or rejected. The paid fees are non-refundable in whole or in part under any circumstances, except for some circumstances that we may deem appropriate while retaining the right not to apply them to you.
There are some circumstances in which we may refund all or part of the fees, while retaining the right not to apply them to you without any notice or explanation.
You agree that all paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances whether you believe that those services are free by Bigo Live Company or not. You agree that you pay us in order to submit your request/requests to Bigo Live on your behalf, and the final result is due to Bigo Live Company's decision on whether the request is successful, failed, or rejected.
You agree that we have the right to cancel, change and/or reject any requests for the services if we found any manipulation, fraud, scamming, and/or phishing activities and the fees paid are non-refundable in whole or in part under any circumstances.
