Payment Policy of Bigo Help

Introduction:

By using, requesting, or making payments on BigoHelp.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Payment Policy. Throughout this policy, BigoHelp.com may be referred to as "Bigo Help, we, us, our website, the services." As a user, you are required to read and review this Payment Policy and all other relevant policies regularly as long as you engage with our services.

Payment Acknowledgment & Non-Refundable Terms:

By making a payment through any of our accepted channels, you acknowledge that your payment is made in exchange for the services we provide. All payments are non-refundable during the request processing period or upon successful completion, regardless of circumstances. Our services are executed based on your explicit request and are processed on your behalf.

Handling of Payments:

We may utilize third-party payment processors such as local banks, international banks, digital wallets, and agents to process payments for the services you request. You agree that once payment is made, you forfeit the right to request a refund through your payment provider or any third party involved in processing the transaction.

Payment for Services:

You are charged only for the services we provide at your request. We do not offer unsolicited services, meaning that any service you receive is based on your active engagement and agreement. Since our services are digital, there are no physical or digital products shipped or delivered to you.

Purchasing a Bigo Live Account:

If you purchase a Bigo Live account, you acknowledge that access to the account will not be granted until our bank confirms the successful receipt of your payment.

  • Payments made outside of official bank or digital payment working hours will be held until the next business day.
  • If false payment receipts are submitted, the buyer will be considered engaging in fraudulent activity and permanently banned.

Advance Payments:

We require full payment in advance before processing any requests. Once payment is received, we commit to fulfilling your request as described in our service agreement.

Refund Policy:

All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, as they cover the service processing fees. The final decision on the success or failure of any service request is determined by Bigo Live Company. Refunds are only considered in specific cases at our sole discretion.

Exceptions for Refunds

General Payment Policy:

  • All payments are final and non-refundable, regardless of whether Bigo Live Company provides a similar service for free.
  • Payment made to Bigo Help is solely for submitting and managing your request on your behalf; the final outcome depends on Bigo Live Company’s decision.
  • We reserve the right to cancel, modify, or reject any service requests if fraudulent activity, manipulation, or phishing attempts are detected. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
